Hot Tub Rules

  1. Please report any issues immediately. If the water looks cloudy, the tub isn’t heating, or anything seems off, let us know right away.
  2. Make sure the temperature of the water is not higher than 104 degrees.
  3. Please shower before entering. Lotions, oils and dirt cause issues with the hot tub.
  4. Do not add soap, bath bombs, bubble bath or any other additional chemicals to the hot tub.
  5. Wear appropriate bathing suits in the hot tub. 
  6. Please keep food and drink items and any utensils away from the hot tub at all times.
  7. Children must be supervised. It is not safe for children under the age of 12 to use the hot tub.
  8. For safety reasons, please only use the hot tub for 15-20 minutes at a time to avoid overheating. Cool off for 30 minutes before using again.
  9. Leave the hot tub immediately if you feel unwell, uncomfortable, lightheaded or dizzy.
  10. Always close and secure the hot tub after use. This keeps it clean and warfor the next time.
  11. Pregnant guests, those with heart conditions, or anyone under the influence of alcohol/drugs should not use the hot tub.
  12. The cover is not meant to be sat on. Please do not put any items or sit on the cover.
  13. When done using, make sure to turn it off. To save energy.
  14. There are chemicals in the water, avoid accidentally swallowing the water.
  15. There are no pets allowed in the hot tub at any time.
