

- Please report any issues immediately. If the water looks cloudy, the tub isn’t heating, or anything seems off, let us know right away.
- Make sure the temperature of the water is not higher than 104 degrees.
- Please shower before entering. Lotions, oils and dirt cause issues with the hot tub.
- Do not add soap, bath bombs, bubble bath or any other additional chemicals to the hot tub.
- Wear appropriate bathing suits in the hot tub.
- Please keep food and drink items and any utensils away from the hot tub at all times.
- Children must be supervised. It is not safe for children under the age of 12 to use the hot tub.
- For safety reasons, please only use the hot tub for 15-20 minutes at a time to avoid overheating. Cool off for 30 minutes before using again.
- Leave the hot tub immediately if you feel unwell, uncomfortable, lightheaded or dizzy.
- Always close and secure the hot tub after use. This keeps it clean and warfor the next time.
- Pregnant guests, those with heart conditions, or anyone under the influence of alcohol/drugs should not use the hot tub.
- The cover is not meant to be sat on. Please do not put any items or sit on the cover.
- When done using, make sure to turn it off. To save energy.
- There are chemicals in the water, avoid accidentally swallowing the water.
- There are no pets allowed in the hot tub at any time.
